● 제품 설명
NGV Reducer의 주요 기능은 고압을 저압으로 낮추고 안정적인 압력을 유지하는 것이다. 최종적으로 NGV용 Reducer는 균일하고 안정적인 압력의 CNG를 Injector로 공급한다. 안정적인 내구성을 유지하기 위한 NGV용 Reducer는 2 level의 감압단계를 가진다. 이 Reducer는 300bar 의 실제 가스주입 압력보다 높은 테스트를 거친 후 생산된다. 고압은 1단계로 10bar 미만 떨어지고 그리고 다시 2단계로 저압 부에서 실제사용압력인 0.6 ~ 6bar 로 조정하여 내구성 문제를 예방할 수 있다.

LPG Regulator의 주요 기능으로 액화된 LPG Gas가 Solenoid Valve를 거쳐 주입이 되면, Filter를 거쳐 이물질들이 제거 된 후 Vaporizing chamber로 유입되게 된다 이후 Vaporizing chamber 에서 Liquefied Gas가 기화 되여 Regulator 실로 유입된다. 이렇게 기화 되여 유입된 Gas를 사용압력으로 사용하면 보다 일정하고 안전 된 상태의 압력의 기화된 Gas를 Injector로 공급 할 수 있다.
